Meet the staff
making a positive difference in the life of your scholar
Mrs. Blaire Busack
I have been working at ITA for over 10 years and have loved every minute of it! The best part of my job is getting to see the scholars grow both academically and socially while here at ITA! When I am not at school I enjoy spending time with my family.
Dean of Students
This will be my third year at ITA, I enjoy working with the staff and the families at ITA. In my free time I enjoy being with my family and friends.
Dean of Instruction–Math
I’ve been apart of the ITA family for 6 years teaching within the classrooms. This year I’m excited about my new role as the Dean of Mathematic Academics. The 2021-2022 school year will also mark my 12th year in the field of education. I can definitely say that I really enjoy what I do each and every day. I enjoy the interaction that I have with the students. I love to see the little light bulb that pops on in their heads whenever I teach them something new, and it connects. It’s actually very cool to see the growth a child can make when someone takes the time to invest in their academic and social development.
I’ve been at ITA for 6 years. I am the Education Assistant for Institute of Technology Academic . Also the Team Lead over all EA’s. I truly have a passion for the youth, It’s amazing to work with kids and to make a differences in their life. I am very hard working and you can find me doing any thing that will make the school great and our scholars. I wear many hats and believe in getting the job done and always being professional.

This is my third year at ITA, with my first 2 years teaching 3rd grade. ITA is an amazing family and I love working for a school that really works towards success both inside and outside school. My favorite moments throughout the year are the “AHA!” moments on my student’s face during lessons. Outside of work, I like bike riding, playing video games, watching football, going to the beach, and just spending all the time I can outdoors with my family.
Ms. Christine McKenzie

This is my second year at ITA and it is a wonderful school that addresses each child’s needs. I am very passionate about educating our students and watching each one soar through the school year. When I am not teaching, I like to enjoy nature by walking on various trails as well as spending time with my family.
Ms. Santana Allen
Middle School Math
I have been teaching at ITA for 4 years. I started off teaching 6th grade self contained, followed by the next 2 years of teaching middle school math.I enjoy what I do,because not only do I get the chance to educate my scholars, but I also get the chance to build bonds and relationships with them and their families. Rapport is somthing that is huge to me and I try to establish that during the first could weeks of school and throughout the year, so that my scholars know that they could come to me when needed. I truly do belive that it takes a village to raise a child, and at ITA, I could say that we are that village. We strive each and everyday to make sure that each scholar is getting what they need academically, socially and emotionally. When I’ am not working I enjoy spneding time with my 2 daughters Zymirah and Zendaya. I also enjoy shopping, taking trips, and just being around family.
